Here is what I do, every morning when I first wake up, I take a few extra minutes to lie in bed. I think about all the things I have in my life that I want and that I am grateful for, my health, my husband, my job that provides me with income, my car that provides me with transportation, my apartment that provides me with shelter and so on. I think it is not only important to be grateful for the things we have but to also actively want what we have, I feel like the media tells us that we should want things we don't have so frequently, that we forget we still want the things we have and don't need to throw them away for other material objects, the newer model, or that next big thing. Then I visualize what I want to manifest as if I am receiving it in that moment, and this can be anything, such as a great day filled with endless joy, or improved health, or a new car! And then at the end of the day, about an hour before I go to sleep (so I'm not too tired and fall asleep!) I lie in bed and reflect on all the positive things that I experienced during that day and acknowledge how grateful I am for each of those experiences!
